08h00 : pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and depart to Ninh Binh. Arrive in Ninh Binh around 10h00, cycle about 7km throughtout rice fields, local villages, temples, temples and local market.

Arrival at Cau Vang Hamlet, join farming activities and experiencing the local daily life such as catching crab & fishes, transplanting rice, seeding or scooping water or harvesting. You have the feeling of becoming a real farmer in rice fields and you approach the local life.

Continue to cycle to a local ancient house to take part to a a cooking demonstration to discover traditional regional dishes. Enjoy dishes prepared by yourself.

Then, cycle to Meo Cao mountain and embark on a private sampan (02 people by sampan) to discover Van Long Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful tourist sites in Ninh Binh, Van Long likes Tam Coc but it is the favourite place for individuels.
